Fabrics shop order
Cancelation by customer is available only before we cut the fabric. Notification in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted.
Lace To Love doesn’t offer refunds and accept returns or exchanges for incorrect purchases once the fabric has been cut. If you are not sure if the fabric on photo has the correct colour, pattern, weight or style, please order a free sample or contact us before you place an order. The colour in pictures may vary in appearance between different monitors/screens. Please order a free sample or contact us before purchasing if colour of any fabric is essential for your project.
Returns and refunds are available only for full bolts (rolls) of fabric and within 14 days of the original delivery.
Clothing shop order
For clothes purchased online, you can send them back for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery, provided it has not been used and the original packaging and swing tickets, where applicable, need to still be in place.
Shipping, handling and import taxes are deducted from the refund amount. Customer shall bear the costs of returning. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refund is made after the delivery of product to the Lace To Love.
Refund will be issued using the same payment method originally used to purchase the returned item(s). Customer will be refunded no later than 30 days after the day Lace To Love receives the item(s) customer is returning.

Events outside our control
Lace To Love will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of any of its obligations to you that is caused by events outside Lace To Love’s reasonable control (a “Force Majeure Event”). A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond Lace To Love’s reasonable control and includes (without limitation) the following:
(a) Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;
(b) Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
(c) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
(d) Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
(e) Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; or
(f) The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
In the event of a Force Majeure Event, Lace To Love’s performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and Lace To Love will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. Lace To Love will use its reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which its obligations to you may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
